You can simply change your user ID, email address, and password from Intuit Account Manager. Here are the complete instructions on how to update it in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click your Profile icon next to the Gear icon.
- Select Manage your Intuit Account.
- Choose the Sign in & security menu.
- Go to the Password section.
- Make your changes, then press Save.
