Good day, @gau.gupta14. I'll help you fix this error and continue to load transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

May I know what part of the QBO page you're trying to load the transactions? This way, I can share with you specific solutions to resolve this right away.

In the meantime, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page or press fn F5 for Windows laptops.

If you're getting the same result, we can do some troubleshooting steps in the browser to isolate this issue. I suggest running the incognito or private browsing mode as it disables storing your newest accessed data. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

From there, open your QBO account to load the transactions. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history, including bugs. Your browser would also get optimized after this process. Alternatively, try accessing your account using another supported browser.

I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other questions with loading transactions or any QuickBooks concerns. I can always help you here. Wishing you and your business continued success!
