There's a possibility that these users have the All access role on your company file. You need to select Only Customers, Only Suppliers,  or Both (Customers & Suppliers) so they can't see your bank entries.

In case you see a user limit message, it’s because QuickBooks Online has a maximum number of users depending on your subscription. Learn about limits and what you can do to add a new one.
