Yes, you're right. QuickBooks only offers Chat and Community support in India. Account-specific concerns related to money movement are mainly handled by our Live Support Team. We're currently unable to trace funds or check the Payments in this public forum for security reasons. This way, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support again.

 

  1. Click the Help option in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks product.
  2. Enter your issue in the chatbox (subscription) and review the results.
  3. Our Chat Support will provide steps on how to subscribe or renew your product and a phone number that you can call for further assistance.

In case you want to access your payment history for your QuickBooks Online subscription, just switch the company URL and paste this one: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/paymentHistory.
