We've been having the same issues through the holiday break (so had issues closing out invoices for clients to pay by end of year) and do NOT get me started on the problem that occurred for direct deposit of payroll for one of the contractors. Good thing I checked because the pop up would not let me out - I had to continue hitting submit (saying that an error had occurred - if I had not looked one of the contractors would have been paid four times!!!! Then you could not delete those three extras I had to void them) This is starting to not be a proficient or efficient way for us to handle our small business) I'm thinking we may need to re-evaluate as QB won't let me bypass taxes (our accountant does those) all we use it for is invoices and direct deposit for payroll. We have less than five employees including the owner) and we have no inventory - we're similar to a doctor's office. My frustration level over the last two months with QB continues to grow with all the issues (clients do not have time to stand there while I sign out and sign in 20+ times trying to get into invoices and I can't let them leave as they want their receipt etc. Going to go bang my head (more) LOL
