Let's start updating your business email ID. Please follow the steps outlined below:
- From the app dashboard in QuickBooks Online (QBO), select your Profile icon next to the Gear icon, then choose Manage your Intuit Account.
- In the Intuit Account Manager, click Sign in & security.
- Choose the Email address section and make your changes.
- When you're done, select Save.
After changing your email ID, you can sign in as the primary admin to renew your QBO subscription.
