Hi craigsas,

 

Let me guide you on how to delete a user in your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how to:

 

  1. Log in as the master/primary admin user of QBO.
  2. Click on Settings icon.
  3. Click on Manage users.
  4. Select the ellipsis icon on the user you wanted to delete.
  5. Click on Delete and click on Delete user to confirm action.
