There isn't a way to retrieve or view back the emailed sales forms from QuickBooks Online. However, you can set up the Email me a copy feature in your company settings to receive a copy of the emailed transaction moving forward. Here's how to set it up:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Click on Account and settings.
3. Click on Sales tab, located Messages section and click on Edit.
4. Tick box in the Email me a copy (your email address) box.
5. Click on Save and then click on Done.

You can also view an invoice status through your Sales tab section. Here's how:

1. Click on the Sales tab menu.
2. Click on All Sales, under Filter choose Type, Status and Delivery method.
3. Under Status column you can see if an invoice was sent, paid or overdue.
