I'll share details on how long you can access your company data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) once you close your account, @BlairH.
Once you've canceled your QBO account, you'll retain read-only access to your data for one year from the cancellation date. Currently, we're unable to extend this access period to five years.

As long as you're within the one-year period, you'll still be able to export your QBO data by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Export data.
- Click the Reports tab and set the date period.
- You can add or remove items by turning the switch on or off in the Reports and Lists tab.
- Click Export to Excel.
