Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check your browser and make sure the 3rd party cookies are enabled.

Safari

1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
2. Click on the Privacy tab.
3. Under the Cookies and website data section, ensure the Block all cookies and the Prevent cross-site tracking option is not selected.

Firefox

1. From the Settings menu, select Options.
2. Select the Privacy menu on the left and ensure that the following options are set:

• under the History section, the Use custom settings for history option is selected
• Accept cookies from sites option is ticked.
• Accept third-party cookies option is set to Always

Chrome

1. From the menu, click Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen and click Show advanced settings.
3. Under the Privacy header, click the Content Settings button.
4. Under the Cookies section, ensure the Block third-party cookies and site data option is not ticked.

Then, close your browser and re-launch it once more and attempt to log in and access the Employees tab.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to further check your payroll account in a secure form.
