Hi robynshome,

For clear YTD Payroll reporting I would encourage you to look at our Detailed Activity Report. This report does a great job at breaking down each employee's earnings, deductions and allowances through out the year which can be easily exported to PDF or Excel after. Please see the steps below to find and generate this report:

1. Select the Employees tab
2. Select the Reports tab, to the left of your Payroll Settings tab
3. Under the Payroll column, please select the Detail Activity Report
4. From there you can filter the date range to Last Financial Year
5. You can find the Exccel, CSV and PDF export options at the top right of the report to the right of Run Report.

I believe this would be a really great report to use for your payroll reporting.
