You are not being truthful in your reply. I just spent two hours on the phone with your escalated support team, who confirmed — after instructing me to update my phone to the latest iOS (18.7) — that QuickBooks will not run on an iPhone 13 Pro with anything newer than iOS 18.2, which is a much older version.

Failing to post this information on your website or in the App Store, and instead leaving customers to discover that an update breaks the app on their own, is completely unacceptable.

After 17 years of being a loyal QuickBooks user, this lack of transparency and proactive communication is forcing me to consider other accounting software options.
