Has anyone gotten any satisfaction from Intuit on the Shipping Manager issue besides we need to contact "Help"? It's getting very close to their deadline. I'm getting tired of having to close QB and reopen each time I need a USPS label printed. I have the correct Edition and Version and have gone through the steps to upgrade to the "new" Shipping Manager without success! Does anyone have any suggestions. And I am NOT going to change to the Online Version or upgrade to Enterprise. I have been using the Premier addition for years but getting very frustrated!
