Buy nowWe have been using QuickBooks 2022 for a couple of years on our network and it was working just fine. I even used it this morning to access our company files from a local network client system. I upgraded to 2024 this morning and now it doesn't work anymore. I called support, but the support person said that my network is not setup and to call our network administrator. I am the network administrator. I showed her that I could in fact access all of the company files from the other computer. In fact, I can open it on the client or the host just fine by itself, but not while the other one was open. We should have 3 user licenses, but QuickBooks Product Information says we only have one. The support person could only speak in circles and could not point me in any direction to help resolve this.
Has QuickBooks changed how it accesses the network since the 2022 version? If not, is anyone familiar with this problem?
