The problem seems to be that she doesn't currently *SUBSCRIBE* to QuickBooks Pro 2018. It was a standalone purchase.
So how do we get the salespeople to recognize this and stop transferring her to the Enterprise sales department? She just wants to purchase another standalone product, not subscribe to anything...
