2. Choose your preferred plan by selecting Choose plan.
3. Review the feature changes and if they are acceptable, click Sounds good.
4. To transfer your existing data from QBO, select Bring my data. If not, select Start Fresh. Please be aware: If you decide to transfer your data, ensure to categorize any pending transactions and all invoices are marked as paid.
5. Review the summary of the data to be transferred to QuickBooks Online.
6. Click Continue, followed by To QuickBooks Online!
7. Verify your payment method information; if an update is needed, click Change plan or choose Edit to make adjustments.
8. Lastly, provide or confirm some basic information about your business to begin using QuickBooks Online effectively.
