When I go to the Quickbooks Menu, and select Switch To Quickbooks Online,  I log into my Intuit account, try to add business, and I get this message.  "You can't add QuickBooks Online Essentials to YOUR BUSINESS with your existing subscription. Try another company or contact customer support for help."

Why is this?  Not compatible?
