When I pressed F2 it gave me a different PRODUCT NUMBER then when I signed in and looked at my licenses.  I used the product number it gave me when I looked at it manually not when I pressed F2 and it worked fine.  Update is happening now.  

FYI, all this transpired because it gave me a "Not Enough Space" error when I tried to update to QB 2024 through the program.  I downloaded the 2024 suite manually and am installing this way and it seems to be working.
