Transferring information between computers relies on local data storage and varies based on whether you're using a single or multi-user license.
If you're using a single-user license, you can utilize the Migrator tool to transfer your QBDT data. It's important to note that when using this feature, you're the Company Admin.
Additionally, if you're using a multi-user license, you can use the hosting feature in QBDT so you can use it on a different computer that you set up. Press F2 on your keyboard and refer to the number listed in the User Licenses section to find out how many user licenses you have.
Moreover, you can also manually transfer your company file to another computer by creating a backup company file.
