She had me click ctrl + 1 and asked me questions about some numbers in the box that popped up like total targets, total accounts, total vendors, etc

I'm not sure what the point of asking for this information was unless you talked to a Support person. Sales team don't need this kind of information. Don't forget to change your phone number immediately.
