Phishing, spam, spoofing, or hoaxing phone calls/emails are a huge problem, and the best protection against these security risks is awareness and prevention. If you didn't expect or request a call from Intuit, it's unlikely you're actually speaking to an Intuit representative.
If you suspect a caller of operating a technical support scam, you can report it to our Security team.
Here's how:

One way to confirm if a caller is actually an Intuit representative is to contact Intuit directly through your product and confirm if there's any notes on the account about your interaction with the caller. Each time you speak with an Intuit agent about your account, notations are left about the interaction. If you received a legitimate phone call from an Intuit agent, there will be notes on your account about the interaction, and the agent you're speaking with will see them.
You can get in touch with our Customer Care team while signed in.
Here's how:

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I've also included a detailed resource about identifying suspicious activity which may come in handy moving forward: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, & potential fraud
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely Monday!
