I'll explain why the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app for iOS is now unavailable.
Starting from March 24, 2024, the QBSE mobile app will no longer be available for download on the Apple App Store as it will be discontinued soon. However, if you have already downloaded the app before this date, you can continue using it and receive product support and updates through the app store.
Since you uninstalled the app from your device, you can still redownload it from your app store account history instead of the app library. Here are the steps you can follow to redownload it:
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap the Sign-in button at the top of the screen.
- Click Purchased.
- If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases or select a family member’s name to view the content they purchased.
- Click Not on this [device name].
- Find the app you want to download, then tap the Download button.
