We have a separate forum where our customers can engage with our developer team. This way, you and the engineering team can discuss the Firewall configuration for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 24.0. As well as getting the list of fixed port numbers and IP addresses. Let me share some steps on how you can reach out to them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to our Intuit Developer’s website.
  2. Log in to your QBO account to enable you to post your questions.
  3. Choose your QuickBooks product.
  4. From the right corner, select Ask Question.
  5. Enter your question in the box. You also have the option to add details with your concern.
  6. Click Ask to post your question.
