I have recently purchased quickbooks enhanced enterprise on line, they sent me the email link to activate it on my desktop, but nothing happens when i enter the information, the page just sits there. I went on line and tried downloading and when it gets to about 37% it stops and says there were problems downloading and stops.

No one will answer the 800 # to call for intuit

Please someone help
