The issue you encounter might be the cause of an incorrect license or product code. You can double-check the email that verified your transaction when purchasing from our website. You can look for your license number and product code from there. If you are unable to find them, you can see them by logging into your customer account maintenance portal (CAMPs).

 

Otherwise, look for the sticker on the original CD envelope if you bought it from a retail store.
