Considering your situation, I suggest contacting our Customer Support team. This allows them to look into it further and provide you with the best solution. Here's how to reach support:

 

  1. Open the Help menu.
  2. Click on Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. You'll receive a single-use code via email. Type in your code and hit Continue.
  5. Select either you chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Also, note their support hours to ensure they're available for assistance.
