I was responding to you, but this community board won't nest replies three levels deep I guess. The problem being discussed here is about journal entries specifically after November's update. The advertisement problem isn't related to this specific issue. The solution is installing 2023's latest update, and then journal entries on 2021 and 2022 work again, but not always if 2023 was updated before 2021 and 2022 were updated.
