With the QuickBooks Desktop Pro activation process, we want to ensure you're able to activate your license without any issues. Since you've mentioned that you've done the process today, the availability hours of our QBDT Pro support team are from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM. 

 

Thus, I'd suggest contacting our support team within their availability hours to provide you with an activation code. Doing so will automatically activate the software without going through the manual information entry. Also, they'll further guide you with the following activation steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBDT, go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us and click Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  4. Sign into your Intuit account and select Continue
  5. Select Continue with my account.
  6. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
  7. Select to chat with us.
