It's my priority for you to open access to your company file in QuickBooks Desktop, RS3133.

 

I've checked here on our end and there's no reported case about this one. I appreciate you for performing some steps to get this resolved. We can try running the Verify Data and Rebuild Data again to resolve data integrity issues. Just follow the steps provided by me in this thread. If the same thing happens, we can use your backup company file (.qbb) to restore your company file in QuickBooks Desktop that contains the missing data. You can follow the steps and details in this article: Restore a backup of your company file.

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team. This way, they can further investigate the root cause of the issue and provide steps to fix it for you. Here's how:

 

  1. Head to the Contact support page at this link. 
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop
  3. Click on Search for something else and enter a brief description of your concern in the search box.
  4. Hit Search.
  5. Tap Start a Message.
