I second this response. We have updated from QuickBooks 2016 to 2020 and this is clunkier than the old version. I've installed our fonts to Windows and QuickBooks does not recognize. The old version worked and offered our branded invoices. . . now there's no fix to be found? Can you all phone a friend, please, and get back to us?

What exactly are we paying for in the upgrade . . . and we need to continue to pay yearly? Seriously, I'd switch back to the older version if I didn't have to upgrade my computer.
