To answer the question about can the QB 2022 data files co-exist with other files from other years (2021, 2020) on the same "server" that supports multi-user mode is yes.

QuickBooks Database Server Manager allows sharing the company files with other computers on a server. May I know if you install the server only or the full program option? Any information will help me identify the best course of action for resolving multi-user mode issues.
