Unfortunately, I think calling and telling them to downgrade 2022 licenses to 2021 versions is going to have to become the norm because they are telling us nothing. 

Any client that comes to us with 2022 version issues, that's our suggestion to them until they give some updates on whats wrong and a time frame to fix it.
