As long as you are unable to login to your CAMPS and find the license code in there, Support won't help you to generate the validation code. Consider to install the trial license for QBD 2021 for the time being. You will have more time to decide whether buying a new one time license for QBD 2021, a new subscription license for QBD Pro/Premier 2022, or a new one time license for QBD (Premier) Accountant 2022 edition.
