I can guide you where you can get the sample file, @Syn3. This way, you can check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. 

 

You can see the sample file by downloading the QuickBooks Desktop trial version account. Before that, ensure that your computer meets the minimum requirements to install the product. You can go to this link for more details: Download a trial of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

 

Once installed, open it and try migrating your company file to verify it's already performing well. If the issue keeps going, I'd recommend utilizing QuickBooks 2021 version. Then migrate your file from there to check if it's already working adequately. To download the account, check out this link: Downloads & Updates.

 

When everything is set, please run the Profit and Loss report both Desktop and Online on an accrual basis. This way, you can check if your import is successful.
