Please know that we are receiving the same report from other users of Venmo and QBO. Our engineers are already working for the solution but cannot provide a turnaround time yet.

 

In the meantime, you can download your transactions in a CSV file and upload them to the Banking page so that you can continue working on them. If there isn't a CSV option, you can download them to an Excel file and save it as CSV (comma delimited) to make sure it's compatible for upload.

 

 

In regard to the content of the file, you will only need the Date, Description, and Amount/s columns. You'll map these them to the ones available in QuickBooks during the upload process. If the deposit and the payment amounts are separated, just be sure to not interchange them. Else, you'll need to reupload the entries again.
