Here's how to connect with them:
- Select the Help menu.
- Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit Contact us.
- Enter Upgrade from QuickBooks 2012 to 2021, in the Tell us more about your question box.
- Tap Search.
- Choose either Call us or Message us.
