I can show you how you can view your settings in the desktop version,
You can check your settings in QuickBooks Desktop by going to the Edit menu and then Preferences. If you want to review more information about your company file or update a few information, you can press F2 on your keyboard or go through these steps:
- Click the Company menu.
- Select My Company.
- If you want to make changes, you can click the pencil icon in the Company Information field.
