To get started, let’s run the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility Tool before you convert your QBDT file to resolve any data integrity issues. Always create a backup to avoid any accidental data loss before performing the following steps.

Once done, import your QBDT company file to QBO again. Follow the steps below:
