I cannot open QBooks at all.  When it loads, it says there is no company open and opens a click bar to my company.  When I click on it, it does not do anything.

I am getting so frustrated with this. My program was purchased 11/25/20 for one year and expires 10/25/2021.

My customer account is [removed]. The payment number for the program is [removed].

I would like a call to resolve this as I don't type fast enough to do a chat. I got closed out twice Friday trying to deal with a chat.
