I'm here to help you figure this out, @UpstatePeeps.

Let's get Company Color Scheme option back in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro 2020 by doing some troubleshooting steps. Thus, you can change the color as soon as possible.

To begin, I'd recommend updating your QBDT account to the latest release (R5). This way, your is up to date and fix some issues that you've encounter like unable to see the color scheme.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click the Update Now button.
  3. Tap Get updates to start the download.

       4. Restart the computer and install the new release.

       5. Press F2 on your keyboard to see the release note and version.

You may also refer to this page: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

Once done, please go back to the Desktop View page to verify if the Company Color Scheme option is visible.

If the issue continues, let's run the Verify/Rebuild tools. This tool scans your company file for issues and fixes them right away. You can follow these easy instructions below.

To Verify:

  1. Go to the Window menu and select Close All.
  2. Then, go to the File menu.
  3. Select Utilities.
  4. Click Verify Data.

To Rebuild:

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Click Rebuild Data.

You can also check this article for more detailed steps: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

I've also added some pages about how to adjust the view preferences like font, sizing, and other display issues.

Notify me if you have follow-up questions about your account. It's my pleasure to help. Take care always.
