Thanks for joining in this conversation, @mobileuser. You can only move your company file to another computer, but not on the Ipad.  

This is because you'll still need to install QuickBooks Desktop on the new computer. And as mentioned by my peer ShiellaGraceA, Installing QuickBooks on your iPad isn't possible.
