Buy nowive had to factory restore my computer. I've downloaded the qb desktop version that I have a key for and installed it. When I go to find file, or restore file, its saying the file version has been updated and I will need to restore original file or update qb to version of file. My business partner has the other software on his computer and he says that qb updates periodically. The file i'm trying to use is what he has sent from the original computer which has been updating? I've downloaded the file doctor which said no issues were found with my file. Also have ran qb tool hub and done same. Still every time i try to open qb, find file, the file it finds says wrong version. If i choose restore file, I'm assuming its only finding the newer file i've saved from my business partner, and saying wrong version as well! Have gone through troubleshoot steps to check for qb updates (through help, options, select all, update...etc) still when reopening qb i dont get the option to load updates, so I still get the same result. Please help!
