I am having the same issue as Chana, when i right click and run as admin, it still comes up with CLOSE QUICKBOOKS, so I can't even get past the frontdoor! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing the program, going into the computer register and editing it, (from a diagnostic tree I found) Nothing has worked. I am an accountant user and have 8 versions of QB DT on my station. I am going to try and uninstall all of them and Clean Install with Quickbook Tool Hub. If that doesn't work I don't know where to turn.
