That is absurd and extremely lazy on your part as I clearly gave you enough details to reproduce the issue and it has absolutely nothing to do with "details of my account".  

I already know the issue and how to work around it.  If you don't care that all QuickBooks users in the world will have backup fail because of this BUG, that is on you.
