Let's fix the issue about QuickBooks that keeps asking you to update, Ibew.

You can click No if you've already used the company file in multi-user mode after the update. Then, close QuickBooks and restart your computer.

If the pop-up will still appear when you open QuickBooks, the update for multi-user didn't go through. You need to click Yes to update it. Just a heads up, make sure to log in as the master admin so prevent this from showing up again.

If the update keeps showing up, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Team. They can create a case to isolate this behavior.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

You can also refer to this page for additional information: Contact QuickBooks Desktop support.

I've also added this link to help you get ready for tax season: Year-end checklist for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

Stay in touch with me on how this goes by commenting below. I'll be right here whenever you need help.
