You can print the W2s from 2018. Allow me to explain in the steps below how to do this.
- Open the Employees menu, choose Payroll Tax Forms & W2s. Then, click Process Payroll Forms.
- Double-click Annual Form W2/W3 - Wage and Tax Statement/Transmittal.
- Enter 2018 in the Filing period, and choose the employee you wish to print the 2018 W2 for. Then, click OK.
- This will then pull up the Payroll Tax Form page. If you wish to Print the Form, click on the Print for your Records button.
