You might cut the stages by converting QBD 2010 company file on the trial license of QBD 2015. Then open the converted file on QBD 2021 directly.
What's done is done, and doesn't need to be done again. Good luck finding QBD 2015 trial. Intuit only keeps the most current QB trial license in the link everyone passes around to download a trial version of QB. But I will try and remember this for future customer conversions.
