Thanks for joining in on this thread. I hate to see that the article is no longer working to help resolve this issue with the error code -6000-832. However, I can provide you with a way to make this fix a breeze. 

 

If you're the problem is persisting after trying all the steps my colleagues gave above, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have a screen share tool to walk you through some additional steps to help resolve this issue. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Choose the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Press the Contact Us hyperlink. 
  4. Type in your question and click Let's Talk
  5. Scroll down and pick Get a callback
