It's great to know that you're able to update your QuickBooks Desktop already. We can repair it to fix and remove the pop-up. You can follow these steps:
- Go to the Windows Start menu, then select Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features then Uninstall a Program.
- Click QuickBooks, then Uninstall/Change. Select Continue, or Next.
- Hit Repair, then Next.
- Once it's done, select Finish.
