Buy nowI just moved all my work over to a new computer. Installed QB 2013 that I purchased from a local retailer, entered the license number and product code, and then I called the 1-800 number to get the validation code. None of my current email addresses nor my 10 year old phone number match what Intuit has on file. The CS agent just keeps repeating that I have to give her the correct email, which I don't seem to have (over and over). I ask for a supervisor, she says there are none available. I offered to send her a picture of my disc and the license number with the hologram, she doesn't care and in the end just hung up on me!
I own a licensed copy of QB 2013 and Intuit refuses to let me use MY software. Other than breaking up a monopolist anti-competitive company does anyone know how to find this validation code so I can use my software and go back to work?
